- 1¼ pound ground turkey
- 1 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs {or panko}
- 1 (4-ounce) can evaporated milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- teaspoon oregano
- mushrooms {optional}
- green peppers {optional}
- pepperoni {optional}
- Preheat oven to 375ยบ.
- Mix turkey, crumbs, evaporated milk, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl. Pat into 9" pie pan or square baking dish, coated with cooking spray.
- Spread tomato paste on top. Add additional {optional} toppings. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
- Bake until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden, making sure meat is cooked through. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
