Hot Sausage Canapes ORIGINAL RECIPE
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage
  • 1 pound Velveeta
  • 1 Tbs oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • party rye bread
Instructions
  1. Brown meat and drain fat. Slice cheese thin. Add spices and cheese to meat. Spread on party rye. Freeze on cookie sheets. Store in plastic bags. When time to serve brown under broiler 3 minutes. Let stay in oven after turning off broiler. If no broiler, bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
