- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 21/2 pounds ground turkey {you can use beef if you prefer}
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs or panko
- ¾ cup minced onion
- 2 Tbs prepared horseradish
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ¼ cup milk
- Barbecue Sauce
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into 7 meatloaves.
- Prepare grill to medium high.
- Brush loaves with barbecue sauce and grill about 20 minutes. Turn and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until done, basting with sauce.
