Amy Grant's Chicken Salad |

- 1 whole chicken
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 1 bunch celery
- 3 cans crushed pineapple (#2 can size)*
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- Boil chicken in chicken broth for extra flavor.
- Debone chicken and cut up with scissors into bite size pieces in a large bowl.
- Dice celery.
- Add pineapple that has been drained thoroughly.
- Mix your ingredients together.
- Now add 1 cup of mayo at a time. Taste as you go along. You can add mayo until you get the right texture/taste for you.
- * #2 can size is 20 ounces
